3. Limitation of Liability

The service makes every effort to ensure stable and uninterrupted operation, however, it bears no responsibility for circumstances beyond its control, including actions of third parties, technical failures of external payment systems, and changes in the policies of blockchain networks and token issuers.

In particular, the service is not responsible for the possible blocking of centralized stablecoins USDT and USDC in any of the supported networks. Such actions are initiated by the issuers of these assets and are not dependent on the will of the service.

Maintaining a low AML risk level for up to 30 days after the exchange is guaranteed provided that no transactions other than operations with our service are carried out during this period.
